Cle Elum

Less than five miles from Suncadia, Cle Elum is a quaint, historic destination established nearly 120 years ago as a coal-mining and lumber-centric town. It offers visitors a taste of the past while connecting tourists and residents with today’s life in this small town. From myriad hiking and biking trails, to a well-loved winery and mouth-watering donuts from a 100-year-old bakery, Cle Elum provides numerous attractions that are full of fun and adventure.

Roslyn

Established in 1886, Roslyn was founded as a mining town. At one time 24+ different ethnic groups and nationalities called Roslyn home. This unique aspect has helped create what this town is today. The economy is primarily focused on tourism, and much of Roslyn’s history has been preserved, which visitors will notice when they stroll through downtown. Located about 4 miles northeast of Suncadia, Roslyn is a quick trip for some fun NW history and local eats.
